The Blue at Doral is a luxury hotel condominium being developed along the fairways of Doral’s Blue Monster golf course. The Blue is designed to complement the existing Doral Golf Resort & Spa with 240 hotel condominium suites. Developer Blueview Golf Villas LLC is offering three-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio units.

All furnishings in the residences at The Blue are custom designed in-house and built mostly in Italy and Canada. The wood finishes throughout are wenge and dark oak veneer with accents in white oak and zebra wood. Custom carpeting, European flooring, Italian kitchens and built-in closets complete the interior amenities. The veranda furniture, made from teak and cast aluminum, is custom made in Germany.

All residences come complete with furniture, fixtures, lighting, plasma TVs, a sound system and fully-equipped kitchen. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool bath. Those owners who opt to join the rental management program will also be furnished with accessories and artwork, a full supply of linens, towels, robes, bathroom amenities and a fully-outfitted kitchen.

The Blue will feature a full-service clubhouse complete with fitness center and restaurant. The pool area will house private cabanas, wireless Internet access, poolside massage and dining. A multilingual concierge, private butler service and in-room chef are also available at The Blue.

Residence owners will receive a Blue View Sport Membership to the Doral Resort & Spa providing preferred pricing and access to Doral’s five golf courses, special member pricing at all five restaurants and lounges, complimentary tennis privileges and access to the Blue Lagoon waterpark.

The Blue at Doral is being developed by Blueview Golf Villas LLC, a partnership between the Kaufman Organization and Blue Doral Baklot LLC. Exclusive marketing and sales is being handled by the Global Marketing Group.
