Related Companies recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for South Flagler House, a luxury residential development going up at 1355 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
Those attending included Related Chairman and Founder Stephen Ross, Related Urban President and CEO Kenneth Himmel, Related Executive Vice President Bryan Cho and West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James.
The project comprises 108 condominiums in two 28-story towers that share a pedestal lined with stepped gardens. Homes are available with two to five bedrooms and are priced from $5.9 million to $72.5 million.
Related purchased the development site in August and launched sales in November. Suzanne Frisbie of Frisbie Palm Beach will lead sales with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
The building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, while Pembrooke & Ives is handling the interiors.
