Following the positive response of the retail roundtable held at the Park Grove sales gallery, the Related Group and Terra Group hosted another elevated discussion—this time delving into the design realm. Three noted landscape architects, Raymond Jungles (Grove at Grand Bay), Enzo Enea (Park Grove), and George Puig (Regatta Park) participated in an insightful discourse on green landscape trends in Coconut Grove.

The panelists discussed the need to preserve the historical neighborhoods natural features and how each are creating large outdoor spaces at their respective projects filled with greenery to adhere to it. The design talk demonstrated how both Terra Group and The Related Group—the development team for Park Grove– have made it part of their mission to preserve the Grove and leave it better than they found it.
