On Wednesday, Aug. 17, Newgard Development held a groundbreaking ceremony and cocktail party for its Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach in Fort Lauderdale at the sales center on Las Olas Boulevard. About 75 real estate agents, buyers and other invited guests attended to congratulate the Gale team and wish them well during construction.
