Local agents were the first to see the new sales gallery for 14 ROC, a 283-unit luxury condominium tower underway in downtown Miami, at a Nov. 14 open house.
The event, which included food, drinks and live saxophone music, was hosted by 14th Street Miami Investments LLC, the firm behind the project.
The gallery, located at Ten Museum Park, features a model of the 32-story tower and showcases kitchen, bathroom and bedroom designs.
Construction is scheduled to wrap up in 2027. Cervera Real Estate is handling sales.
