Lennar hosted another brokers open at their new development, Artesa. Artesa is one of Lennar’s newest developments located in Miami-Dade County. The new community features Mediterranean style homes comprised of 12 different architecturally designed models. They offer a selection of villas, town homes and single-family estates. The 2-story homes include a 2 car garage, 3-4 bedrooms, outdoor patios and ensuite bedrooms.
