La Gorce mansion sells for $62.5 million

A recently built seven-bedroom, 21,245-square-foot mansion on Miami Beach‘s La Gorce Island recently sold for $62.5 million. 

The property, known as Villa Arte, was built by Aquablue Group and went on the market for $75 million in 2022.  

Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo with The Waterfront Team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, Philippe Harari of Aquablue Group. Jill Eber with The Jills Zeder Group represented the buyer, whose identity was not disclosed. 

The LEED Gold-Certified house has seven bedrooms, 10 full and three half bathrooms and is situated on a 31,800-square foot lot overlooking the water.  

It offers numerous terraces, entertaining areas, an 1,800-square-foot primary suite, gym, spa, home theater, office, chef’s kitchen, marble wine cellar, 88-foot-long infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and dock.
