Newgard Development Group and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty recently hosted a grand opening of the sales center for Natiivo Fort Lauderdale, a 40-story condominium project slated for downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Mayor Dean Trantalis, city commissioners, members of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and local real estate agents attended the event. The soiree was held in the 2,800-square-foot facility, which is located at 606 E. Broward Blvd. and features a model kitchen and bathroom.
Located at 200 W. Broward Blvd., Natiivo will offer 384 furnished residences that are designed for short-term rentals. Units range from studios to three bedrooms and are priced from the $600,000s to over $1.75 million.
“This is a concept that is so unique in Fort Lauderdale,” Fort Lauderdale Vice-Mayor Steve Glassman said in a press release. “We are going to transform Broward Boulevard. Broward Boulevard is finally going to become the gateway to the city from the west that it always should have been.”
Community amenities include The Splash, a 120-foot rooftop pool; The Social, a club room and lounge adjacent to the pool area; The Fit, a fitness center with spa area, locker room and showers; and The Dine, a ground-floor restaurant and café.
Arquitectonica is the project’s architect, and IDDI will design the building’s shared spaces and unit interiors. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is the exclusive sales and marketing agent.
