Over 75 members of the Gold Coast Master Brokers Forum (Gold Coast MBF), a networking group of South Florida real estate agents, recently gathered at The Tower Club in Fort Lauderdale.
The event, the group’s second major one of 2024, was hosted by Natiivo Fort Lauderdale, a short-term-rental condo tower being developed by Newgard Development Group.
Attendees heard a presentation about the 40-story tower, where units will come fully furnished, with prices ranging from the $600,000s to just over $1.6 million, as well as an update on the numerous development projects underway in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
“After its success in Miami and Austin, we are so pleased to see Natiivo join the exciting slate of new projects that are transforming the identity of Fort Lauderdale,” said Carolyn Block Ellert, Gold Coast MBF chair.
