Luxury waterfront-condominium tower Cove Miami recently held a broker dinner at KLAW Miami, which overlooks Biscayne Bay.
Speakers included SB Development Founder Joseph Stern, Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design Founder Kobi Karp and OneWorld Properties CEO Peggy Olin. The event included a live watercolor artist painting Cove Miami and virtual reality tours of the property.
Located in the Edgewater neighborhood, the 40-story Cove Miami will offer 134 one- to four-bedroom residences at prices ranging from $880,000 to $8.5 million. Community amenities will include a fitness center with a spin auditorium, a spa with cold plunge, yoga areas, massage rooms, a sauna, a business center with co-working spaces and a resort-style infinity pool.
New York-based developers SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group are behind the project.
