What was your first job in the realty industry?
A small real estate company in Miami Shores called Duffy Realty
Who inspires you?
I am inspired by my mother who has an excellent attitude and work ethic. My brother also inspires me. He has successfully launched several programs and
grants to help needy citizens in New York.
What is your favorite free-time activity?
I am an artist and like to paint and sketch drawings. I sketch pictures of homes I sell to my clients so they can frame them.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Helping sellers realize the true value of their homes
Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
I meet many people through the Women’s Cancer Association and Families Helping Families. I also host charity events at my home.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
I did a long series of reports on an elevated expressway project in Tampa. The problems I exposed forced them to spend an additional $500 million to fix it and make it safer for drivers.
Where would you like to be in five years, professionally?
I would like to become a broker and own a real estate firm or become an owner at Keller Williams Realty.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
“The Power of Now,” which is about balancing your life and putting things in perspective
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami?
The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables
What is your personal motto?
I will always strive to exceed your expectations, answer all of your questions, address all of your concerns and fulfill every aspect of your real estate needs.
