Did Miami’s Housing Inventory Increase or Decrease in September?

We’ve been seeing reports that housing inventory is beginning to stabilize; is that true here in Miami, though?

Up, or down? That’s always the question when it comes to housing inventory, and with new realtor.com data in tow, we’re back with our monthly check-up on what happened with inventory in our market.

Bill Hahne, the broker/owner of Hahne Real Estate in Miami, said that inventory remains extremely low in his area.

“It’s just as tight as it’s ever been,” he said, adding that foreign homebuyers – especially from South American, Italy and France – have been keeping demand high, especially in the Miami Beach market. He sees relief, though, coming in the form of new construction projects, with five along slated for Edgewater.
