What was your first job in the realty industry?
[My first job was with] The Keyes Co. They have a great training program.
What is your favorite free-time activity?
Reading and kickboxing
How did you learn the business?
[I learned through] Gold Coast Schools; my mom, who is with Fox Residential in New York City; and my fellow Realtors and friends in the business. Buying my own properties really taught me a lot also.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
Movie: “Brokeback Mountain”

[My favorite is the] Blackberry. Otherwise, I love the pen
and paper. I think I belong to a dying breed of people with

London; that’s where I went to college.
What is your personal motto?
“Only boring people ever get bored.” That’s stolen from my mother. Guess when she told me that one?
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Buy comfortable shoes! Your feet will have to do the walking. And have a marketing budget and ask lots of questions.
