What was your first job in the realty industry?
I started as a mortgage broker and, a few months later, I got my sales licence.

Who inspires you?
My spiritual inspiration source is obviously my family. They are the ones I work hard for.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Believe it or not, it is dealing with some unprofessional agents. It is frustrating having to call someone 10 times in order for him or her to return a call to make a showing appointment.

What was your worst job, and what did you learn from it?
In my home country of Argentina, I owned a magazine. Selling advertising was really hard because there were no guarantees revenue wise. That was a learning opportunity that got me ready for this ever-changing South Florida real estate market.

What is your favorite free-time activity?
The beach and sports are my relaxing channels. Kicking back with family and a great soccer game is an ideal Sunday for me.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
Most of my clients come from word-of-mouth. Reputation is everything in this industry and I am very flattered to have been recommended by many clients. I also advertise in an Argentinean newspaper and in an Argentinean TV channel during the “Sunday soccer game.” Keeping up with my roots is a moral duty for me.

Where would you like to be in five years, professionally?
I would rather not think long term. I prefer to go step by step, the way I have been doing things since I came to this country. I hope clients keep recommending me and keep growing in that direction. Even though I have specific growing goals, I’d rather take the solid growth approach.

What is your personal motto?
Service is king, of course, added to good professional capabilities.

In 10 words or less, what advice can you give someone who is new to the industry?
Educate yourself within the industry. Listen and respect the client.
