Esslinger Wooten Maxwell (EWM) Realtors (www.ewm.com), one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms, announced today that seven new associates have joined its Aventura office: Louise Batista, Maria Blanco, Bruce Davidson, Michela Guarini, Alison Karni, Lamont Leos and Carime Murdi.
Louise Batista worked as the director of sales for a management company prior to joining EWM. Originally from Rhode Island, Batista has lived in South Florida for 32 years and is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
Maria Blanco was the Vice President for Ultimate Marine Care prior to joining EWM. She attended Florida Atlantic University where she earned a degree in international business and trade. Blanco has lived in South Florida for nine years and is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
Bruce Davidson, originally from Philadelphia, has lived in Florida for two years and is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
Michela Guarini worked for Mikisole Property Management as a property manager prior to joining EWM. Originally from Switzerland, Guarini is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
Allison Karni attended the University of Florida where she earned a degree in finance. Prior to joining EWM, she worked for the Jewish Community Services as a grant specialist. Karni is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
Lamont Leos, originally from Uniontown, Pennsylvania, has lived in South Florida for five years. Prior to joining EWM, he was a senior manager in the business development department of Capgemini. Leos attended Lafayette College where he earned a degree in metallurgical engineering. He is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
Carime Murdi has been in real estate for 20 years, having worked previously for Jaime Murdi and Cia as a commercial real estate manager. She is a licensed appraiser in Colombia and holds the designation of commercial real estate manager and realtor in Florida. Murdi is a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Miami-Dade.
