Related Southeast has launched sales at its 140-unit Shorecrest condominium project in West Palm Beach.

600 Miami Worldcenter will offer 606 furnished units with no short-term-rental restrictions, all of which have already sold. 

The 10-story glass tower will offer 28 luxury residences priced from $2.5 million to $6.9 million. 

The mixed-use community, Revv at the River District, is the sister project to Revv Hollywood, which is also under development. 

The project, Aire Residences, has already sold seven of eight luxury units. 

If it sells for close to the asking price, the sprawling family compound would be the most expensive residential sale in U.S. history.

The property was bought by the village of Pinecrest, which plans to convert it into a community facility. 

The project’s 275 units are in three four-story buildings at the intersection of Highway 41 and San Carlos Boulevard. 

The 33-story condo tower will offer 299 units, over 50% of which have been sold. 

The permit issuance follows news that the midrise condo project by Rosso Development, Standard International and Midtown Development secured a $45 million construction loan. 

The apartment tower will stand eight stories at 2233 Hollywood Blvd. 

The 402-unit tower is a public-private partnership between Terra, Grass River Property and Miami-Dade County. 

The real estate income trust is purchasing the 126-unit entire community, called Fiore, for $45.4 million.  

Neology Development is building the $100 million, 323-unit tower. 

In a partnership with New Urban Development, T.D. Jakes Real Estate Ventures will build a mixed-income community in Hallandale Beach and a senior-living project in Miami Gardens. 

Construction of the 65-condominium development by Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group is already underway, with an expected 2025 completion.
