The Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB) has elected Rick Burch, CRB, CRS, GRI, their 2009 chairman of the board. He and the entire Board of Directors will be installed on January 30th at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. RAMB Leaders impact key policy decisions and stay informed about important issues affecting the industry, analyze information and are actively and visibly involved in real estate related issues, events and programming.
Burch, owner of Burch & Associates International LLC, was RAMB’s residential president in 2007. In 2004, he was recognized as Realtor of the Year by RAMB. He is a director for the National Association of Realtors and Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), serving on the FAR Public Policy Committee, the Research Subcommittee, and MLS Practices Forum. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, he is a member of the FAR Honor Society. Burch is also a state licensed real estate instructor and a professional speaker.
Terri Bersach, CRB, CRS, TRC, CIPS, will serve as chairman-elect; Liza Mendez, Pedro Realty Inc., will serve as secretary; and J.R. Steinbauer, JR., SIOR, Steinbauer Associates, Inc., will serve as treasurer.
