What was your first job in the realty industry?
Working for Prudential Florida Realty in Boca Raton, specializing in residential real estate

Who inspires you and why?
My inspiration comes from many different individuals in the real estate industry, from the top producers in my area who continue to deliver excellent service, to the new agents who bring fresh ideas and new energy to the field.

What is your favorite free-time activity?
Horseback riding on the beach or spending time boating on Biscayne Bay with my two dogs who have endless energy

How did you learn the business?
Having an experienced real estate partner for the first year, I gained invaluable insight into the industry and learned techniques that helped me avoid typical pitfalls, such as wasting money on excessive advertising, showing unqualified buyers around town or not being able to negotiate a contract well.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
“The Slight Edge – Secret to a Successful Life” by Jeff Olson

Mercedes SUV

Blackberry and paper; I love having access to my emails on the road, but I always have a notebook for rapid notetaking and easy reference.

What is your favorite city after Miami?
I’m still searching for it. I do love New York City in the springtime, though.

What is your personal motto?
Live in the present, but be prepared for the future.

Don’t expect instant results; never be unethical; and believe in yourself.
