What was your first job in the realty industry?
Realtor associate, same as it is now
Who inspires you and why?
No one person in particular inspires me; just anyone who has a dream and pursues it with everything they’ve got.
What is your favorite free-time activity?
Travel; I love Miami, but there is so much of the world to explore.
How did you learn the business?
I learned from doing a lot of research, going to classes, talking to people in the business and by trial and error. I also read constantly, any books about the business I can get my hands on. I’m still learning so much about it.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
In Cold Blood, by Truman Capote. It’s superbly written and utterly engrossing.
What is your favorite restaurant?
Barton G.; I love their food, and it’s more fun than anywhere else I’ve ever eaten!
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami?
It’s not finished yet, but the plans for Jade Ocean are incredible. I love the way they combined art deco with modern lines. It’s just gorgeous.
What kind of car do you drive?
An SUV

Palm and paper; Palm for organization and paper because I am always taking notes.
What is your favorite city after Miami?
You just can’t beat New York City. I go as often as I can.

Keep educating yourself; knowledge is your ticket to success.
