The Dalton Team, a family real estate team composed of Shaun and Cassie Dalton and their son, Noah Fulop, joined Coldwell Banker Realty. The luxury specialists were previously associated with Gulf Coast International Properties.

The team serves Old Naples, Aqualane Shores, Venice and Port Royal, among other markets. In the past two years, Shaun has closed over $100 million in sales with an average transaction price above $4 million, while Cassie, licensed since 2002, has experience in construction and investment. Fulop provides videography and marketing to the team through his media company, Luxe Media.
