On Sample Road! There is a lake off I-95 with a water-ski school, where you hire a boat to take you slalom skiing, or go tubing with your kids, depending on your level!

Meeting people who have had interesting careers that now allow them to purchase homes in our beautiful city!
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Being on call 24/7

A youth called me about a listing and started the conversation as if he was a lead but then started recounting his troubles at home with his parents.

I grew up on a Caribbean island and can ski a black diamond run.

A Caribbean beach because of the aqua blue waters!
