The 65-condominium Vita at Grove Isle luxury development going up on Grove Isle recently topped off at seven stories.
The project, located at 5 Grove Isle Drive, is comprised of three interlinked buildings on Grove Isle, a 20-acre private island off Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
Delivery is slated for late 2025. About 80% of the units are pre-sold and under hard contract, with most of the buyers from the United States.
“Seeing Vita at Grove Isle take shape is a fulfillment of our vision for future residents and the future of Grove Isle itself,” said Ugo Colombo, founder of CMC Group, the developer behind the project. “This development will offer an exclusive private-island lifestyle, combining the unparalleled water views and unique location with the comfort and luxury of homes, all within the convenience of a condo.”
Residences include three-, four- and four-plus-den-bedroom layouts, as well as 12 penthouses with private rooftop pools. The condos are priced from about $6 million, with penthouses priced from about $19.5 million.
Community amenities will include the Vita at Grove Isle Club, which will have a pool and adjacent bar, night-lit tennis, padel ball and pickleball courts. There will also be a bayfront pool, bar, lounge, fitness center and spa.
