NXT LVL Realty in Miami has affiliated with COMPASS Florida, bringing along a team of more than 50 agents. 

NXT LVL is led by Founder and Principal Broker Osmany Mondaca. Since opening in 2012, the brokerage has closed almost $1 billion in sales and been part of over 5,000 transactions. Its territory runs from the Palm Beaches to the Florida Keys.
