Miami-based Rilea Group has launched sales at its new luxury condominium project in Wynwood, The Rider at Wynwood. Cervera Real Estate is handling those sales, and the marketing.
Upon completion, the 12-story, rock ‘n’ roll-themed building will offer 146 fully furnished condos that owners can rent out short or long term with no restrictions. Owners can use online platforms like Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com or an in-house rental-management service.
Units will range from 511-square-foot studios to 1,612-square-foot three-bedrooms with prices ranging from the $600,000s to $1.8 million.
Located at 94 NE 29th St., The Rider is billed as a transit-oriented development and will be a block away from the upcoming Brightline high-speed rail station. It’s also adjacent to another Rilea Group project, The Mohawk at Wynwood, a 12-story, 300-apartment building at 56 NE 29th St.
Residences will have open living areas, gourmet kitchens with Italian Bertazonni appliances, Dekton by Cosentino countertops, spa-inspired primary baths with Porcelanosa fixtures, all-glass balconies and impact windows.
The building will have a host of music-industry reminders throughout, including 1970s rock photography from the collections of the Morrison Hotel Gallery, Iconic Images and Modern Rocks Gallery in the common areas and amenity spaces, as well as commissioned murals and graffiti art inside and outside.
Amenities will include Ready, Set, Café in the lobby, a fitness center, the Backstage beauty room, Doggy Style pet spa and The Vinyl, a hi-fi listening room with a collection of classic records. The property will also offer a rooftop pool deck with a restaurant and speakeasy and The Reset, a spa with multiple cold-plunge pools, infrared saunas and IV therapy. Additionally, residents and guests will have access to a fleet of in-house Harley Davidson motorcycles, Vespas and electric bicycles.
Coastal Construction, a general contractor, will lead construction, which is set to begin later this year. Delivery is scheduled for late 2026.
The Miami-based architecture firm Deforma Studio designed the building, while Mexico City’s RADYCA is the interior designer.
