The Calta Group recently completed the acquisition of an assemblage of six parcels in Allapattah for $17.2 million, clearing a major milestone as it moves to develop its second mixed-use project under the Revv brand. 

The firm purchased five lots — 1415, 1433, 1435, 1453 NW 13th Terrace and 1410 NW 14th St. — in December, with the seventh and final 15,000-square-foot parcel at 1469 NW 13th Terrace, closing at the end of January for $7.2 million. The sellers were Enis Realty and Grupo Park. 

Revv at the River District will include multifamily, retail, dining and office components. Calta recently celebrated the pouring of the foundation of the development’s sister project, Revv Hollywood, in Hollywood. 

“We are very excited to introduce our second Revv development,” Calta Co-Founder Gaetano Caltagirone said in a press release. “Residents will enjoy the full Revv way of life with modern amenities, spacious floor plans and high-end finishes near public transportation and the conveniences of the vibrant shops and restaurants of River Landing. …Revv at the River District embodies the live-work-play notion.”
