Hall-of-Fame pitcher Pedro Martinez sells Miami home for $5.35 million

Retired Boston Red Sox pitcher and Hall-of-Famer Pedro Martinez recently sold his Miami home for $5.35 million.

The 5,000-square-foot waterfront property features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 75 feet of water frontage with direct ocean access. The property, at 2032 NE 121st Road In the gated community of San Souci Estates, offers a heated pool, outdoor kitchen and close proximity to destinations like Miami Design District and Bal Harbour Shops. 

Morgan Blittner and Lance Butnick of Brown Harris Stevens Miami represented the buyers in the transaction.

The property was previously owned by Major League Baseball shortstop Alcides Escobar.
