From Sarasota to Naples, Tina Madlener is known for building strong relationships with her clients, whether they are seeking a mortgage for the first time or transitioning into their forever home. “My ability to connect with clients has been instrumental to my success in lending,” Madlener says. “I am proud of the work I do, and it shows in the relationships I have built with my clients and Realtors.”
Because Madlener is able to lend in all 50 states, those relationships don’t have to change when local clients have not-so-local real estate needs. The 16-year industry veteran can assist with second homes outside Florida or when existing clients may be transferring to another state due to
their job.
Regardless of where they buy, Madlener endeavors not only to educate her clients about the borrowing process, but also to learn as much as she can about them. “It is so important to learn about my clients and what their goals are,” she says. “What are they looking for now? Where do they see themselves in five to 10 years? With that, I can help guide them with options that will suit their individual needs.”
A background in the homebuilding industry as an accountant and later as a real estate agent developed Madlener’s deep understanding of the homebuying process. Her love for numbers and problem-solving led her to the mortgage side of the industry, but she also thrives on the teamwork involved in bringing a borrower across the finish line. “With every transaction, there is a team of professionals that come together and provide a service to our clients,” she says. “I am grateful every day for the opportunity to be part of that team.”
When she’s not closing loans, Madlener spends time with friends and family. She also enjoys listening to live music and playing pickleball.
