Marquis Residences announced today that the downtown Miami hotel and condominium tower has reached 60 percent sold.
At 3:36 p.m. EST this afternoon Marquis Residences Tweeted, “We’re happy to announce the Marquis Residences have reached the 60% sold mark.” Further details of the announcement are available at the property’s Facebook page.

The tower at 1100 Biscayne Blvd., designed by Arquitectonica, first opened its sales office in January of 2010. With over 60 percent sold, the 292-unit, 67-story building has totaled over $100,000,000 in closings.
