Stiles Realty has hired a new veteran brokerage team to strengthen the company’s focus in the Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County markets.
The five real estate professionals are joining Stiles from Adler Realty Services. Collectively, they are responsible for more than $1 billion in transaction value over the past decade. The firm also announced the opening of a new location at 1101 Brickell Avenue.
“Both the addition of this new team as well as the opening of a new office on Brickell Avenue will allow us to better serve our clients while growing our business and brand in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties, where we have been operating for more than 65 years,” said Ken Stiles, the executive vice president of Stiles. “This team’s exposure and deep roots in those markets gives us an opportunity to quickly expand our commercial brokerage platform in South Florida.”
With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Joseph Drabkin will be joining Stiles as managing director. Caridad Calderin and Christina Nanan have been hired as associate directors. The three will be based out of Stiles’ new Miami office. Drabkin’s recent accomplishments include developing a new third party brokerage platform and servicing over nine million square feet of operating commercial property at Adler Realty Services. He began his career at Julien J. Studley Commercial Real Estate, serving the Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia markets. Later, he branched out to international real estate where he completed deals in the Middle East, mainly Kuwait and India.
Dustin Ozga and Matthew Schwartz will round out the new team as senior directors with a principal focus in the Broward and Palm Beach Counties. They will work at Stiles’ headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. Their expertise lies in institutional leasing, asset acquisition, land development and corporate services.
