“The demolition marks a great milestone in the advancement of the project,” adds Dan Riordan, President of Turnberry Associates. “We are very excited to be taking this next significant step towards the progression and completion of our iconic ultra-luxury development.” The official groundbreaking is set for the second quarter of 2015. Construction of the development is expected to be completed in the spring of 2018.

The new resort will have natural light and open spaces, a fountain, opulent three-story lobby windows and breathtaking ocean views. The Sky Club offers the following luxury amenities including indoor and outdoor fitness centers, dining area, lounge, cantilevered sunset and sunrise infinity-edge swimming pools, blow-dry and nail salon, yoga and Pilates studios, pet retreat and a pool bar.
