On Wednesday, Sept. 3, the development team for Miami’s new Biscayne Beach condominium
announced that construction had reached the 25th floor of the 52 floor luxury community.

The projected date for completion is sometime in March 2016, with delivery later the same year. Nearly all of the condominium’s 399 are already sold.

The Biscayne Beach luxury condominiums are located on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay, and will have a private members-only beach club, which will include an elevated sandy beach, private cabanas, a pool and a restaurant and bar. There will also be a public bay walk with piers for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Thom Filicia of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy fame will design the ‘beach chic’ common area, amenity spaces, the beach club level and private residences in the condominium.
