Jim Ferraro, internationally know lawyer, recently purchased Palazzo Del Sol’s 6,644-square-foot penthouse and will use it as his main residence. While Ferraro earned his fortune by litigating cases against large chemical companies, he is earned his larger-than-life reputation by donating hundreds of thousands of dollars to charity. Ferraro is also known for purchasing the most luxurious properties around the nation.
Listed at over $27 million, Ferraro’s contracted Palazzo Del Sol penthouse offers many unique luxuries. Some of these luxuries include a private elevator entry, expansive living areas and 18-foot ceilings and windows that overlook Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, South Pointe Park and Fisher Island’s championship golf course.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom residence includes Signature Boffi collection kitchen and baths equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures.
Ferraro has contracted ASR Interiors, a sister company to PDS general contractor ASR Construction, to design the space’s interiors. Additionally, Enzo Enea, Swiss landscape architect, will design the 6,410-square-foot rooftop outdoor space, which will be complete with an open deck, a pool and panoramic views.
This is the second of three Palazzo Del Sol penthouses to go under contract. Sales for the project launched about six months ago.
