According to a recent press release, Century 21 is now the exclusive real estate sponsor of the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Federation.

The announcement was made at the Century 21 Senior Leadership Conference in Miami and featured the unveiling of a Century 21-themed bobsled that the team will race during the 2013-14 World Cup season.

The black and gold, dedicated bobsled is supplemented by Century 21 logos on all sleds, team jackets and speed suits. Bev Thorne, chief marketing officer at Century 21, said the sponsorship is consistent with previous partnerships that reached a broad audience.

“Our sponsorship of the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Team is another example of our position as the ‘Smarter. Bolder. Faster.’ real estate team in the industry,” Thorne said. “Whether it’s the Super Bowl, the Bobsled team, U.S. Soccer or the Indy 500, we are committed to showcasing the capabilities of our sales professionals in front of the largest audiences on a global scale, and in association with world-class events.”

Century 21 President and CEO Rich Davidson said teaming up with the USBSF fits into his company’s plan to further establish itself as a global entity.

The logo-baring bobsleds and team apparel will be seen by many people across the world. The upcoming season welcomes trips to Calgary, Canada; Park City, Utah; Lake Placid, N.Y.; Winterberg, Germany; Koenigssee, Germany; St. Moritz, Switzerland; and Igls, Austria.

The USBSF is mutually pleased with the sponsorship, according to its CEO Darrin Steele, who said Century 21’s strong reputation is part of the appeal.

“We couldn’t be more excited about partnering with Century 21 for the Olympic season,” Steele said. “They are industry leaders who know what it takes to be the best, and we are proud to team with them.”
