Shakira is shakin’ her hips elsewhere. The 36-year-old singer-songwriter from Columbia has listed her waterfront Miami mansion for a whopping $14,950,000.

The international superstar and “The Voice” judge has owned the home since September of 2001, and paid $3,380,000 for a three-bedroom, four and a half bathroom home of 6,672 square feet. In those 12 years, Shakira added her own flair by building three additional bedrooms, four more bathrooms, and 1,700 more square feet.

The mansion boasts a master bedroom with adjoining nursery or office, light wood floors, state-of-the-art kitchen with Miele appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Additionally, there are guest quarters, a gym, and a pool with direct access to the bay.

Although Shakira enjoyed her time in South Beach, her situation has changed within the past two years. She is now a mother to her six-month-old son Milan, and spends most of her time in Spain, where she lives with her boyfriend Gerard Piqué, who plays for the FC Barcelona Football team.
