Drake can smile – he's been one of the only celebrities who has successfully sold his Miami properties.

The past few months are evidently indicating it’s a good time to sell, or maybe these celebs just need to move. Drake, Rosie O’Donnell and Billy Joel are the latest celebrities to list their Miami homes – and Drake even got a buyer within 24 hours!
- Drake had only lived in his Marquis condos in Miami for a year when he listed them March 12, but he still found someone to buy them at just 4 percent less than his $2.5 million asking price – 24 hours after listing both condos. The buyer? Fellow celebrity/Miami Heat guard Mario Chalmers.
- Rosie O’Donnell attempted to follow suit, but didn’t get as lucky with a quick buyer – a few weeks after Drake, she listed her Star Island home for for $19.5 million, even though its appraised value was $8.04 million. It is still on the market.
- Billy Joel listed his beach house on La Gorce Island for $14.75 million.
