International Sales Group (ISG) is pleased to welcome back Veronica Escobedo as their chief marketing officer. She was asked to rejoin ISG in an effort to expand their marketing department into a self-sufficient “mini agency” for their clients. She brings eight years of real estate marketing experience as well as new property leasing, graphic design and social media expertise.
Escobedo’s Career Highlights
Escobedo began her career with ISG World in 2005 as a marketing coordinator after graduating from Florida International University as an Advertising major and Marketing minor. During her five years with ISG World, she implemented marketing strategies to sell some of South Florida and the Caribbean’s most successful developments to date, including Trump Ocean Club in Panama, Trump International Golf Club Residences in Puerto Rico, MEI and Vizcayne. She played a major role in the origination of ISG’s now famed “Miami Report,” which provides a comprehensive study of the South Florida condo market.
Escobedo briefly left ISG World to take a role as Regional Marketing Director for Winthrop Management (a subsidiary of Area Property Partners, one of the world’s largest real estate fund managers). With a portfolio that is valued over $3.8 billion, she was appointed to work on special projects, such as Terrazas River Park Village and River Oaks Marina and Tower, where she assisted with an aggressive lease up for both buildings in less than a year.
Escobedo’s Recent Accomplishments
In 2012, Escobedo spearheaded the Miami River District initiative and was able to create a unique identity for businesses along the Miami River. Working very closely with the Miami River Commision, Veronica secured an official designation for the area and helped the region earn the recognition that is has today.
