Real estate veteran Hilda Jacobson has joined Compass after spending over 11 years at Douglas Elliman. 

Jacobson, who specializes in luxury properties in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Miami Beach, closed more than $18 million in total sales volume in 2025. Before she entered real estate in 2003, she worked as a human resources employment manager at SunTrust Miami and in executive recruitment.

Jacobson, who lives in Coconut Grove and is the daughter of Cuban immigrants, is fluent in English and Spanish.
