LOFTY Brickell and The Standard Residences, Brickell, the twin condominium towers at One Brickell Riverfront, were recently topped off.
Construction remains months ahead of schedule, and both towers are on track for delivery in August 2027, according to development partners Newgard Group and Two Roads Development.
The architecturally distinct buildings share the same podium at 99 SW Seventh St. along the Miami River in Brickell.
LOFTY Brickell is a 44-story tower with 362 fully furnished residences, while The Standard Residences will offer 422 homes over 46 stories.

LOFTY Brickell will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom residences and penthouses furnished by INC. Its 40,000 square feet of amenities include a private marina, resort-style pool deck, fitness center, spa, cigar lounge and co-working spaces.
According to the project’s backers, a limited amount of penthouses remain available for sale, with prices ranging from $2.4 to $3.5 million. Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales and marketing partner.
The Standard Residences will offer studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms with interiors designed by GOODRICH. Prices start in the mid-$600,000s. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is leading sales.
Amenities include a rooftop pool with beverage and towel service, The Standard Club Lounge and Café, co-working spaces, a 10th-floor spa, fitness center, bowling alley, lounge, pet spa, screening room and restaurants on the ninth floor and on the riverfront.
