Kolter Urban recently broke ground on 3300 Gulf Shore, an eight-story boutique waterfront development in Naples.
The project, located between the Gulf of Mexico and Inner Doctors Bay, will have 51 residences ranging from two to five bedrooms and spanning 2,000 to over 7,500 square feet. William Raveis Real Estate is handling sales and marketing, with homes starting at $3.7 million.
Each condo will offer open-concept layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows and large terraces. Interiors were designed by CID Design Group, while Architectural Land Design is handling landscaping.
Amenities include a 16-slip marina, dedicated watersports launch, wellness center, 75-foot lap pool and resort-style pool. There is also a private bar, sports lounge, card room and 24-hour concierge.
