Pulte Homes will soon break ground on The Domaine at SoSo, a luxury townhome community near downtown West Palm Beach.

The gated development will feature 30 three-story townhomes with porches facing the street and rear entry along a landscaped interior road. The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom homes will be priced from $900,000.

The community’s location on Southern Boulevard and Dixie Highway is zoned to the Alexander Dreyfoos Junior School of the Arts. Nearby Phipps Park offers residents baseball fields, green spaces, playgrounds and skate parks.

“The Domaine at SoSo will offer the benefits of ownership without the maintenance demands of older residences in the surrounding neighborhood,” said Brent Baker, PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida division president in a press release. “And, as SoSo continues to rise in popularity, buyers will enjoy more lifestyle, dining and entertainment choices.”

Construction and sales will launch in the first quarter of 2026.
