The Champagne & Parisi team joined Compass and will now operate out of the brokerage’s Boca Raton office.

Founded by Claude Champagne and Caesar Parisi in 2011, the 71-person team specializes in luxury waterfront residential properties. The team closed $582.1 million between 2021 and 2022 and several billion over the course of nearly 15 years, according to a press release.
