Sales began for the first 19 single-family homes at The Oaks, a Minto Communities project that will ultimately feature over 260 residences.

Located in Central Palm Beach County off River Bend Drive, The Oaks offers 29 floorplans, including two new architectural styles from the developer.

Phase one of construction will add 266 homes to the community, only 19 of which will be released during the initial sales period. Prices start around $450,000.

“With our existing single-family neighborhoods nearly complete, we felt the time was right to introduce something new that offers innovative designs with attainable pricing,” said Steve Svopa, Minto division president of operations. “The Oaks marks another exciting step forward in the evolution of Westlake, which we believe offers the best value in all of Palm Beach County.”
