Midtown Park, a $2 billion master-planned mixed-use project in Miami, secured city approval. The development from Rosso Development, Midtown Development and Proper Hospitality will feature 924 residential units, 60,000 square feet of office space and over 120,000 square feet of retail buildings anchored by walkable plazas.

The project’s first slated building, Midtown Park Residences by Proper, will wrap up construction in 2028. The 28-story tower will include 288 studio, one-, two and three-bedroom residences starting at $600,000, plus a collection of penthouses, rooftop gardens and several pools. Sales have launched, exclusively represented by Fortune Development Sales.

“This is Miami’s most significant mixed-use redevelopment and will transform the future of urban living in the area,”Rosso Development Founder and CEO Carlos Rosso said in a press release. “We envisioned a landmark destination where culture, wellness and open green space come together to enhance Midtown’s walkable character. This project will transform a long-vacant five-acre site into an activated social hub that seamlessly links the Design District, Midtown and Wynwood.”
