CMC Group and Fort Partners began construction on Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove, the first development of its kind in Florida. The Four-Seasons-branded tower will offer hotel-style amenities and services to permanent residents.

Standing at 20 stories once completed, Four Seasons will feature 70 residences and four penthouses, many with views of Biscayne Bay.

A dedicated director of residences, lifestyle manager and housekeeping and butler team will oversee in-residence dining, valet services and wellness programming for the building. Plans also include amenities like a restaurant, library, children’s area, event room, pool deck and bar lounge.

“Coconut Grove has always been one of Miami’s most distinctive and beloved neighborhoods, and with Four Seasons Private Residences, we’re introducing a project that celebrates its heritage while redefining the future of luxury living,” said Ugo Colombo, CEO of CMC Group. “Through timeless architecture and meticulous craftsmanship, we’re creating a property that reflects Miami’s continued evolution into a global destination for sophistication and style.”

Developers expect move-ins to begin in early 2028.
