Swire Properties launched sales for the North Tower at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. Located on the Brickell Key, the ultra-luxury tower will feature 70 two- to four-bedroom residences and a flagship hotel.

Sales for the Residence’s South Tower began in 2024, generating $1.2 billion in sales.
Completion of the North Tower is expected by 2030. Prices will begin at $3.9 million.
