Engel & Völkers Miami has named Ariel Hernández its new director of operations.

Hernández has a background in operations, marketing and agent development and formerly held leadership roles at Keller Williams Miami and Portobello Living Group. At Keller Williams, he received the trainer of the year award in 2021.
