What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Sit at the beach and listen to the waves crash. 

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Dwayne Johnson. He is focused, determined, super successful and still remains grounded and humble.

What do you love most about the industry?
No two days are ever the same. I get to work with so many diverse clients from all walks of life. The personalities keep the days and evenings exciting.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Ensuring that I manage to get all parties on both sides of the transaction on the same closing timeline.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
I would say the Vizcaya Museum.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
Paradise Island, Bahamas. The people are very friendly, and I love the crystal blue waters.

Know your products and set realistic expectations.
