What do you love most about the industry?
We love that no two days are ever the same. One moment, we’re studying market trends and negotiations. The next, we’re showing a dream home to a client.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
We’d choose Jay Shetty. He has such a wealth of knowledge and carries himself with so much kindness and wisdom.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
The most difficult aspect of our business is that so much is outside of our control. Interest rates change, deals fall apart at the last minute, inspections bring surprises and emotions run high during negotiations. We pour our hearts into every client and transaction. When challenges arise, we feel them too.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Focus on relationships, not transactions. People can sense when you genuinely care versus when you’re just trying to make a sale. Show up through community involvement, social media or simply checking in with past clients. Referrals come naturally when people trust you.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Our latest binge-worthy show is “Stick” with Owen Wilson. It’s so heartwarming, and we love a good underdog story.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
That’s a tough one, because the flavors here are endless. If we had to choose, we’d go with seafood. Living so close to the water means we get some of the freshest catches around, and our go-to is bluefin tuna. We also can’t get enough of authentic Spanish food like carne asada and tacos. South Florida really is a foodie paradise, and honestly, our favorite changes depending on the day.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
We’re college sweethearts. We’ve grown up together, chased our dreams side by side and built this business from day one as partners in life and in real estate.

Stay consistent, keep going and don’t let setbacks discourage you.
