Toll Brothers broke ground on Saltgrass, a development at the master-planned Heron Bay community in Parkland. Saltgrass will offer luxury single-family homes on large homesites.
The 52 Saltgrass homes will range from 2,635 to over 4,600 square feet and feature three- or four-car garages. Residents will have access to amenities like two newly renovated clubhouses, onsite dining, a fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool and sport courts.
The neighborhood’s 11773 NW 70th Place location also provides proximity to a local public beach.

Toll Brothers plans to open sales in spring 2026. Pricing will start at $1.6 million.
