Forté Development in partnership with KAST began vertical construction on Forté Luxe, a luxury waterfront development.

Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Jupiter, the 15 multi-level residences will offer coastal views, private terraces, rooftop decks and private garage parking. Residents will have access to 13 private boat slips for up to 60-foot vessels and a private swimming pool and sun deck with entertainment areas.

Prices range from $3.975 million to $8 million. Developers expect construction completion in summer 2026.
